As an official reseller, FastSpring is responsible for collecting, depositing and remitting sales taxes via our platform.
FastSpring calculates taxes in real time based on customer location and product type, applying them automatically at checkout as required by local regulations. For billing changes, contact support at support@fastspring.com. Invoices are available in your account at tool.isindexed.com/credits/buy.

FastSpring manages transactions on behalf of vendors. Taxes, VAT and tax obligations are transparent for end customers. FastSpring collects, reports and remits taxes on behalf of vendors.
VAT collection
FastSpring ensures VAT and other sales taxes are collected and managed in accordance with local tax laws of the countries where sales are made.
Payment facilitation
FastSpring manages end customer payments and transmits them to vendors with all financial details. In case of an invoice error, a correction is possible within 24 hours.

Applicable law: This agreement is governed exclusively by French law, regardless of the buyer's country of origin. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the publisher's registered office (France).
By accepting these Terms, or by accessing or using isindexed.com, you are over 18 years of age.
You represent and acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms, and that the information you provide when registering is accurate, complete and that you have the right to use it. If you register on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND USE
1.1 – The isindexed.com "Service" main objective is to verify the indexation of your pages on the Google search engine.
1.2 – The isindexed.com Service, tools and API are provided via the Site depending on the pack purchased, including all software, data and content made available. All new features added to the Service are also subject to these Terms.
1.3 – isindexed.com does its best to make the Service available as detailed in the applicable plan, except for scheduled downtime, or any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our control.
2. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
2.1 – In providing the Service, we will maintain appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of your data. These safeguards include encryption of your data during transmission (SSL).
3. BILLING, PLAN CHANGES AND PAYMENTS
3.1 – The isindexed.com Service is made available on a pay-per-use basis with credits.
3.2 – isindexed.com uses the third-party intermediary fastspring.com to manage MASTERCARD, VISA and PAYPAL credit card processing. These conditions will also be presented at the time of payment.
3.5 – Payment Method. A valid credit card is required to subscribe to the service. The fastspring.com intermediary charges you via a secure online service.
4. CHANGES
4.1 – isindexed.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace this agreement. Your continued use of the service after posting any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
6. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
6.1 – We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend the service at our sole discretion.
7. DISCLAIMER
7.1 – isindexed.com cannot be held responsible for system downtime, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predetermined estimate of profits a customer would have earned if isindexed.com was operating.
5. REFUND GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
5.1 – No right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period. Given the nature of the Services (immediate triggering upon submission), the contract is deemed definitively concluded upon placing the order. No right of withdrawal can therefore be exercised.
5.2 – Refund Policy
The purchase of indexation credits is firm and final. No refund will be made for unused credits.
Warning
Non-compliance with the general terms and conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to delete any account, without notice, for any reason whatsoever, without restitution, as isindexed.com sees fit.
